Jofre Rocabert is a data consultant in stabilization and governance programs in West Africa. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from ETH Zurich and has been a post-doctoral researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI) and the Free University of Berlin (FU Berlin). His research focuses on the legitimacy of international organizations and comparative regionalism. He teaches International Relations at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and is a regular contributor at the Catalan national public radio. He is the author of various publications.
