Helena Gené holds a degree in Political Science and History from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), a postgraduate qualification in European funding (COLPIS), and a master’s degree in European Union Studies from the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE). Her area of expertise is the European Union, with a particular focus on European funding and the implementation of public policies.
